NIR camera

The primary use of the "ADC lite" camera system is the recording of vegetation canopy reflectance to determine the health of plants. Large areas can be easily surveyed to judge for example, current flora condition and threats from fire. The images from this camera are suitable for derivation of vegetation indices for biological or botanical research projects.

Features

• 3.2 Megapixel CMOS sensor (2048 x 1536 pixel), single sensor.
• Captures wave lengths from 520nm (visible) to 920nm (near-infrared).
• Red, Green and NIR bands provide information for extracting NDVI, SAVI, canopy segmentation and NIR/Green ratios.

Functions

• Manual triggerfunction via Mobile Ground Station.
• Autonomous triggering function at pre-defined waypoints, if you use it in combination with our waypoint planning software.
